Parameters allow you to sort the documents saved in your database by their corresponding customer, document type, state (sent or received), status (processed or not), as well as by date or period of time, for instance. You can also use the search bar to sort by status or by keyword based on the name of the document.
Keep your documents safe based on their confidentiality by defining their corresponding access rights. For instance, you can restrict invoice access to everyone but your accountants, and make your sales representatives the only users who are allowed to access customer contracts. All you have to do is select the users or user groups that may use or download them.
